Access or delete your data

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. There's no charge.

What we might hold

Only payment records (from Stripe) and any emails you've sent us. We never receive your photos, videos or documents, so there's nothing of those to delete on our side.

How to make a request

  1. Email privacy@altols.com from the email address you used to pay, or tell us that address.
  2. Say whether you want a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion.
  3. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address so we know it's really you.

We complete requests within 30 days. When you ask for deletion, we delete everything we're not legally required to keep. Tax law requires us to keep basic payment records for about five years; we'll tell you exactly what we have to keep and why.
